Did you monitor the red / light green wire?

You can find plenty of servos in the salvage yards. They have a very low failure rate so the chances of getting a bad one are very low. I have a good used one here. I did give one to a trainer who visited WI from NY a couple of years ago. It solved his problem, but I don't remember what the symptoms were. He had a mid '90s Caravan, as I recall.

I could not get to the plug to tie in ground wire, no room to work. So I cleaned the grounds that I found
on the drivers side fender, did not fix it.

I am about to give up.

Monitor the voltage on the red / light green wire at the plug by the steering column, or preferably by the Engine Computer. See what voltage is there or if it changes when the green light goes off. If pressing the "On / Off" switch causes a change in voltage, but the light doesn't turn back on, ... And if the light will turn on shortly after turning the ignition switch off and back on, I would suspect the Engine Computer before the servo.
