I think its my transmission but I dont know its 2:00am now, live in austin texas.I seriously need some help I just got to work right now, I was driving to work this moring when as soon as I got to 60mph the car started boggling out and so I let go of the gas and it wouldnt let me get over 60mph on the highway I had to ride it at 55mph in the right lane, when I pulled into a random parking spot I turned my car off and then it wouldnt start, I tried to start it several times and finally it kicked on, well when I accelerated it started boggling out again I was only going 20mph, I barely put my foot on the gas (grandma style) and it would climb up to 60mph and wouldnt let me go past again, but if I were to put my foot down normal on the the petal (not all the way down just a regular drive press) it would start jerking again so the only way to get higher than 20 was to barely put my foot on the gas like an old person. I seriously need some help asap

Hi there,

I don't think that there is very much that can be done with out first doing a diagnostic scan, this could be a fuel supply problem as you creep along the fuel ifs able to be kept up to the engine but with higher throttle percentage, you may be starving, it could be bad fuel, blocked filter, failing pump, that would be my first point of investigation.
