1999 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 99 neon that has no spark at the coil. it has a code 42, i tried jumping the realy and still nothing. i can hear the fuel pump and have fuel pressure. my timming is on. i do not have any voltage at the cam sensor and all the wiring look good. could this be a computer issue?

Welcome to the forum. With everything turned off, unplug the cam sensor connector, turn the key on, no crank, use a digital multimeter, check for voltage at the orange wire. The ref voltage on that circuit is not 12 vots. A 12 volt testlite may not be the proper test instrument.
