Electrical problem
1996 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic
My dad didn't secure his prop rod for the hood. When he drove off the rod contacted the positive terminal (I think) and shorted something out. The engine will turn over but there is no electric (light, horn, etc.) so the motor will not start. I replaced the auto shutoff relay on a wild guess but it made no difference. Is the problem another relay?
