Remove the bolts by hand, no air tools. The nuts are hidden and held from spinning by metal tabs welded to them. If the bolt is rusted to the nut, the nut will spin and bend or break off that tab. If the bolt becomes tight as you back it off, don't force it. Tighten it back up and spray some Mopar Spray White Lube up there to cover the threads, then work the bolt back and forth until it comes out.
