I own a 1999 Dodge durang SLT V8 Magnum with 61,000 mileson it.
My odometer displays after 15 seconds or so stops showing the mileage and then displays an error message "No Bus". Yet it continues to record the actual miles driven. What is the meaning of the message, what does it pertain?

The no bus code indicates there is no signal from the computer to the item. I would make sure the wiring harnesses are tight and not damaged from the computer. Give the harness a shake to see if it changes anything.
