I have a 99 Dodge Intrepid with 100k miles. My car looses all power when I turn corners and now my speedometer stopped working as well. What can cause both of my issues.

Need to start by checking battery cable and check if engine ground on and secure
check alternator wiring
from the sound of it its a short in the wiring system
also scan for codes
