1998 Dodge Intrepid 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I got this intrepid 2.7l the batterie was dead for 2 months I put new batterie try to start the car but dont start the engine cranks, some codes show in the dash codes 406 and 1684

406 shows to be egr flow sensor a circuit high input, or egr position hi.

1684 shows to be battery loos in the last 50 startups.

Major vacuum leak if the egr is stuck open.
