I posted earlier about an overheating problem. So I replaced the water pump. When I replaced the water pump, I had to take off the tensioner. Because the water pump is connected to the timing belt, the timing got messed up when I took the water pump off. After getting it all together with the timing off I tried to start the car. I heard only one bang without the car starting, before I figured something was wrong. I hoped and figured that a valve hadn't been hit because it turned over so many times before that happening. Also it hasn't happened since. So I proceeded to take the car apart again. I aligned the cams and put it back together. The car still didn't work. I read up a little more and figured out the cams and the crank had to be properly aligned. After aligning them all once again making sure that they would still be right when the tensioner tightened to the belt. So everything is fine right. I decided to try to start the car before everything was back together. The battery has died now so I had to jump start it. HAHA the car starts! So I turn it off and proceed to put the car together. Once it was put together properly the car wouldn't start again. So now I take it apart and check everything, its fine! Everything is absolutely perfect! I waited 15 mins with another car charging the battery and tried again still nothing. Is there anything I have missed to why it won't start? Is the battery possibly so dead even after charging that it just doesn't start. It seems to turn over pretty good and at a decent speed. Any help would be awesome. If I can get this thing to run again You guys get all the credit!
