1996 Dodge Intrepid

Just all of a sudden the power windows, ac and heating works only sometime. If one does not work either does the other. If I restart the car it usually will kick on sooner or later. The last couple of days it will not work at all. I was thinking a fuzable link but I cant find a wireing diagram. Thank you for your time

Fuse or fusible link once off always off
I would suspect bad ignition switch
next time it happens wiggle ignition key in place if all worked again its for sure bad switch
