1994 Dodge Intrepid STARTING

When it's cold out side you have to keep it rolling over with the starter 4 a long time to start it sum time's so long it will kill the battery. How ever if it is up to operating temp it will start right up. What is this thank you.
P, S Perhaps it is a sensor?

Hi:
Most likely it's a sensor, but it could also be a fuel pump that doesn't like cold weather. Have you had the computer scanned for trouble codes? Is the check engine light on?
