Hi iyaoyas_ao,

Thank you for the donation.

The symptoms described indicates a likely fault with the light switch. Would you be able to perform testings with a test lamp or DVOM?

Sorry for the delay in replying. I have been having troube with my connections and keeps getting disconnected.

Turn on the park lights and at the light switch, use a test lamp to ground the Light Green/Red wire and if the park lights and panel lights comes on, the light switch is bad.
