my truck is over heating because its losing water/anti freeze but there's no visible sign of water leaking out, the oil has turned into a white substance and there's thick white smoke coming out the tail pipe. What could be the cause?

Hi:
You have a blown head gasket or intake gasket. The coolant is in the engine's oil, and the white smoke out the exhaust is coolant burning in the combustion chamber.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
