My truck will cut off while driving. It will start right back up but it will shut down without any notice and the problem is not only aggravating-it's dangerous.

Hi
There are several reasons for your problem. But going with a common fault I would replace the ASD auto shut down relay located in Power Distribution center underhood. You spoke of no running problems, engine light on and it starts right back up preventing further testing.
