91 Colt vista wont start

I was just given a 91 dodge colt vista with 151000 miles, the last time it ran was about a year ago, the day it died it was just pulled in the driveway like nothing was wrong and then it wouldnt start. My question is, is there a inertia fuel cut-off switch and where would I look for it. I had a escort that had sinular problems and that was what it took to fix the problem
