Started fine this morning, drove a block, shut it off, then it wouldnt start, or attempt to start. Key switch is fine, starter makes no noise whatsoever.
I am thinking neutral safety switch somewhere.
where it is, and does that sound reasonable?

Do you have headlamps or any lights at all. If you don't have any lights then I would check for blowen fusable link. If you do have lights check for blowen fuses or bad starter relay. Also make sure no sensors or connectors came unpluged. Sometimes if certain sensors are unpluged it willn't turn over. Worse comes to worse take a test light and see you have power going to main hot wire (red) it has power all the time even with key off. If you have power there then there is a small wire going to selonoid on top of starter it should be hot only when key is in the start position. Also make sure the battery didn't just up and go bad before you do anything else.

Hope this helps
