1993 Dodge Caravan won't start

Hello,
In the last month or so, it happened thrice that when I was waiting for the signal to turn green, the engine stopped.I had to start it again, at times, it took 2-3 tries to start it. Every time it stopped, there was the sign to check for the engine oil.

Last week, when it stopped at a signal, it refused to restart.I got it towed to my garage.I've not been able to start it after that. It cranks, but does'nt start.I've already added some engine oil as it was slightly less than required.I've also checked the transmission oil, which is at its proper level. Starter does'nt seem to be an issue as the engine cranks as if it is about to start.

PS:The fuel in the tank is approx. 10 litres.

Please help

OK so what I need to know is what engine 3.0 or 3.3 or 3.8ltr. Also I need to know if there is spark or not and if there is spark is there fuel? Get back to me and we will go from there.

The engine is 3 litre, The spark is there. The fuel indicator had turned on only 5 mins before the problem started. As mentioned in my first message, I know that there is still fuel in the tank. Also the engine oil indicator still remains, although the engine oil is sufficient.
