Hello,
Just so cover the basics, have you tried to jump start the vehicle?
On cold mornings if the battery does not have enough cranking amp it might crank for a little but wont start the engine.

If you are unable to jump start it, but the engine is cranking over strong. Then you will have to check to see if you are getting fuel. If the fuel pressure is not adequate it will not start the engine.
The fuel pressure regulator could be at fault if you are not getting enough fuel (given that the pump is coming on). Many times cold temperature can impact the regulator performance.
You should have 58 PSI of fuel pressure with the key on and engine off.

Please let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
