1998 Dodge Caravan Wont start

My 1998 Dodge Caravan will not start. Not only that, but it doesn't even turn over. When I turn the key it doesnt do anything. The radio and the lights do come on.

Is there any clicking when you try to start it? Have you checked battery terminals to make sure they are clean and tight? Finally, have you checked the battery itself?
