1998 Dodge Caravan no start

Put in key. Turn and all accs come on. However the engine does not crank. No click. No hum. Just nothing. Battery good and nothing dims when I turn the key.

Could be a problem with the following starter, starter relay, park and neutral switch and ignition switch.

Double check the battery and connections-both battery and starter side.
