One day last week my airbag light came on and will not go off again and then the next day my horn wouldn't work. I bought a fuse tester and fuses, but it appears they all work. Please help!

My 1995 Plymouth Voyager's airbag light is fused to the same circuit as the rear windshield wiper and once stayed on when the wiper conked. I think this ingenious arrangement was revised in subsequent years, but maybe those fun-loving Chrysler engineers then paired it with some other equally whimsical accessory. We did also have a recall for this problem, which involved putting a seal below the cowling below the windshield for some reason. You might accordingly ask someone to check technical service bulletins on this issue. Worth taking care of, since I suppose it means your airbag wouldn't deploy in a wreck.
