MY WATER PUMP WENT BAD SO GOT A NEW PUMP AND REPLACE IT AND BELT IT WILL STATR FOR A FEW MINS AND STOP.

1997 dodge caravan will not start after water pump replaced AND BELT ON 3.3 LITER ENG

yes there fuel and spark to the eng. It will run for secound or 2 and stop

When the engine doesn't start, are you getting spark and fuel to the engine?

If you maintain fuel pressure and have spark, either you have a bad vacuum leak, a problem with compression, or a timing problem. When it runs for those few minutes, does it run well?

Have you checked or rechecked any of these items?
