About a week ago, my 1996 Dodge Caravan (247,000 miles) wouldn't start. There was no power to the dash or dome light, and the only a relay buzzing from under the dash. I jump-started the car, and it ran fine afterwards. Today, I had the engine cut off on the freeway. RPMs shot down to 0, but the car started again immediately after pulling over. Since then, it's done it twice more, without any particular warning.
It seems like this is an electrical problem, as opposed to fuel deprivation, but I'm not sure where to start on this- the fuses tested fine, the relays seemed OK to eyeball inspection. What might be the problem?
