If there is coolant in the cylender not allowing the engine to turn over, the only thing you can do is locate the cylender with the coolant and vacuum it out. If the engine can turn over, it may start then if there is enough compression. Keep in mind, if the oil is contaminated with coolant, it could damage bearings, cylenders, valves.
