1994 Dodge Caravan won't turnover

When I turn the ignition the vehicle won't even turn over. Just silence.

When you turn the key on, do the dash lites come on, do the other electrical systems work?

I'd make sure the battery has a full charge and the battery cables/ wires are clean and tight on both ends.

If all that checks out, I'd do some testing at the starter relay, just make sure the tranny is in park or neutral. Just a thought, have tried cranking in neutral?
