Just charged my vans Battery and checked with proper Load test from mechanic. Results show battery drops to 9V then 8V after applying load for 5 seconds. But then taking back to Store, they do load test and it works fine, tried 3 different machines and after load battery never dropped below 12.6V they can not replace as battery shows good. Installed charged battery and still no crank, no start. Not even the clicking sound I heard before. So, where do I go next to see what is causing my Van to not start?

I can't believe that battery never dropped below 12.6 under load. That's basically impossible. Load tested is not really to most accepted means of testing these days. Conductance testers are the norm now and far more accurate. They will actually give you a read out in CCA's (cold cranking amps) which is what you really want to know. I'd get another opinion. There is something wrong with their tester.
