Hi, use a gage and check fuel pressure, first. If you think it is a fuel issue? Some of the national brand autostores used to loan out a fuel pressure gage. You can call and ask. Even if there isn't any pressure, I'd still want to check for voltage and ground at the pump connector. The pump should be in the tank. The fuel filter shows to be under the vehicle, passenger side, in front of gas tank.
Check for trouble codes. You should be able to get some mil codes by cycling the ignition switch. You turn key till dash lites come on, no further, cycle key, on--off, on--off, on, then the mil starts flashing, you count the flashes to get the codes. Your looking for two digit codes.
