1993 Dodge Caravan Two Wheel Drive Automatic
I tried starting my car and something popped in the ignition switch and now the car won't start. I have absolutely no money to get anything done to it so I pulled everything apart and tried hot-wiring it. I didn't exactly know how to do it considering that in general to hotwire a car you splice the green wire and red wire. But my car had only the red and a bunch of other colors (pink purple blue yellow etc.). So I did some testing of touching each of the wires together. I got the panel lights to turn on with the red and blue and then touched the yellow to the two of them and now I have no power coming to the wire. I still have the beeping noise from the door being open while the key is in the ignition and the dome lights and that all work so I didn't fry the battery. I don't know where to find the ignition fuse to check if that is the problem. Any other troubleshooting is greatly appreciated!
