1999 Dodge Avenger V6 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 2000 miles

THIS CAR HAS BEEN IN A MANS GARAGE FOR AWHILE I HAD TO CHRGE BATTERY AND IT RAN TROUBLE STARTING IT HAD TO USE STARTING FLUID I KNOW YOU SHOULDNT DO IT BUT IT FINALLY STARTED AND RAN NICE NEW ENGINE IN IT 2.5 I WAS TAKING IT HOME WHEN IT DIED THE FEUL PUMP WOULDNT WORK SO WE TESTED IT TO BATTERY AND IT RAN THERE IS NO VOLTAGE TO PLUG ON THE PUMP I HAVE CHECKED FUSES AND SEEM TO FIND NONE BAD I RAN A HOT WIRE TO PUMP PLUG IT RUNS FINE OFF OF IT BUT I DONT REALLY LIKE THAT ITS A AVENGER ES AND A NICE CAR WHAT COULD BE MY PROBLEM PLEASE THANKS TIM

check the fuel shut off switch. if thers power before it but none coming out and the switch is reset, then replace it if thers voltage going into and out of it then check the fuel pump relay.
