Cruise control wires

My car was stolen they ripped the wires on the right hand side of the steering column out and it wont start there are six of them for cruise control the horn and airbag is there anyway to bypass them to start it there are two black two gray and a purple and a blue.

Hey Brain there is no way to bypass the wiring in modern cars because of the anti-theft system.

Here is a wiring diagram for it though.
