Yes, you need to do a relearn. Basically this is so the PCM can learn the quirks of the new sensor. While they all operate the same, they do function a little different. Meaning some are a little more sensitive then others and may pick up the rising or falling edge of the tone wheel a little quicker or slower. The PCM must have this accurate because it uses it to time the ignition and fuel. It is unlikely on this engine to have noticeable issues but it is something that you want to have done. In other Jeep engines, it is very common to have misfire codes and running issues. If you have experienced anything then it will probably be fine but again, I would just make sure it gets done to avoid any issues. When they do give an issue, it will make you bang your head against the wall because it doesn't throw a code telling you that is the issue so you just need to know that is what it is.
