Cranks but no start

It cranks but does not start. I put a scanner on it and replace the camshaft sensors, the exhaust and the intake sensors and then I replaced the crankshaft actuator position sensor. Go to start it and it cranks and cranks and cranks acts like it wants to start but won't start.

Two things we need to start with. First fuel pressure and then compression.

Sounds like it is a fuel pressure issue but the fact that it sounds like it is trying to start sounds like it could be a timing issue and we will most likely show up on a compression check. More then likely it will be lower than normal but not 0 PSI.

Let's start with this and go from there.
