I replaced the engine; the car started and ran as if the throttle was wide open, and I cut the car off and started it again and it did the same thing. I adjusted the throttle and cleaned the throttle body with carburetor and throttle body cleaner, and it has not started since. I have checked. It's getting fuel the timing belt is good. I replaced the crank sensor and checked the fire to the crank sensor and the injectors and the fire to the coil packs. Fire to the coil but no fire from the coil to the plugs.

It sounds like you have a bad PCM, or throttle actuator. Let's run the codes to see what comes up.

Here is a guide to help:

Okay, so you have pulse to the coils. If so, the coils are bad or you have a bad ground wire/connection, can you check to see if the engine grounds are connected? There are three blk/wht wires which are grounds should be near the engine block or transmission.

Check out this guide as well:

The ignition coils are different than the one on the link that you sent. So, I don't think you can test them the same way. But there's no fire from the plug wires or the coil but it is fire going to them. I replaced the coils and still nothing. There's no codes on the scanner.

Sorry about that, let's remove the electrical connector from the coils and test the white wire for power when the key is turned on, I know there are two white wires, but one should have power. This guide can help, and I have included the engine wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works in the images below.
