Crank, no start, no spark?

2005 CHEVROLET IMPALA

I'm working on the car listed above 3800. It cranks but doesn't have spark. I've tried everything I can think of and haven't had any luck. I've replaced the ignition switch, ignition lock cylinder, ignition control module, coils and crankshaft position sensor. I've cleaned the engine ground for the ICM that is shared with the oil level sensor to be sure it's getting a good ground. I'm kind of at a loss at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
