I have checked the spark plugs, replaced the battery, also replaced ignition coils and VTCS solenoid. Still will not start.

Is the engine getting spark and fuel? Will it start for a couple seconds using starting fluid?

Check fuel pressure. If no pressure check the fuel pump for possible fault. If you have fuel pressure, then using a noide light make sure you have injector pulse. The light should blink when cranking.

If light is not blinking does the check engine light come on with key on engine off? If no light then look for a bad main relay or no power to the engine cintrol module.

If it will not start with starting fluid, then there is no spark at the plugs. Are you sure the timing belt has not broken? Does it sound normal when cranking? Have you checked the main fuse under the hood in the power distribution box?

Also, if you have a scanner, have you checked to see if there are engine codes? I am starting to question the crankshaft sensor.

Also yes, I checked all the fuses and even replaced the fuel pump relay. The timing belt is fine does not look damaged or anything.

Able to start with starting fluid would mean fuel is not getting to the cylinders.
P1250 = a fault with the fuel pressure control solenoid circuit. Test fuel pressure to see if it is within specs. Test the fuel injectors for power supply.
At fuel pressure regulator, disconnect the vacuum hose and test the vacuum valve. Test the fuel pressure control solenoid. Clamp the fuel return hose to prevent fuel from returning and see if you are able to get sufficient fuel pressure to start. Do this only momentarily if engine starts as too high pressure at idling would result in engine running rich and might stall if running is prolonged.

I tried what you said didn’t work but while I had someone try and start it I sprayed starting fluid around the intake manifold it tried to start. What does this mean? Possible blown head gasket?

No, not a blown head gasket. It means the fuel system has a problem. Either the fuel pump is not providing sufficient fuel pressure or the injectors are not firing.

At fuel injector, unplug one connector and test for battery voltage. One wire must have battery voltage when ignition is turned on and while cranking.
If battery voltage is not available at all times, check for a blown fuse, the one controlling the injector circuit.
If battery voltage is available, use a LED test light to bridge the connector and crank engine. If test light flashes while cranking, that would mean it is not an injector command fault.
Test the fuel pressure. Ensure the fuel pump is working and providing sufficient pressure. You mentioned replacing the fuel pump, recheck if you are getting power to the fuel pump for it to operate.

Fuel pump is working but for some reason it doesn’t turn on until I try cranking. So it’s not priming the lines like it’s supposed to. All of my fuses are good and the injectors are clean and have electrical pulse.

Verify you actually have fuel pressure by installimg a fuel pressure guage. If no pressure then you could be out of fuel or the pump is defective.

If you do have pressure then check your injector pulse. Here is a link to hell you.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/car-cranks-but-wont-start

If no pulse then you could have a bad fise, relay, defective crank sensor, or bad computer. Also do a compression check and verify engine is healthy. Let us know.
