About the car, it was a repo and had no original key. The car hadn't been cranked for 11 years until I bought it okay, I changed the steering column with the ignition and everything in it. It came off of a 98 GT with a 3.8. The only difference is mine has Cruise is this one didn't. Okay so I call and locksmith he comes out flashes my PCM which is the original and then he pairs them all up. After doing this I now have fuel and no spark and before he did this I had sparked and no fuel. I changed the crank sensor cam sensor crawled under checked all the grounds and I don't know what the difference was but I got back in it it cranked up sounded good raining like a champ for about 2 or 3 minutes then it shut itself off and blow the piece PCV valve out of valve cover. After it did this it hasn't had any spark since and this is what's crazy there's no stereo in the car and I came out and opened the door and the speakers were vertebration very loud with the ignition off. And another kicker is sometimes when I'm trying to crank it I'll turn the key on the fan comes on and when that happens it's flashing theft mode. It only does that for about 2 seconds sometimes it's just a little longer and it goes back to normal security. I don't have a clue I tried everything that I can think of I still got no spark. Oh yeah and when I change the crank sensor I damaged the air conditioning housing or something and some green liquid coming out of it but I don't think it would have anything to do with the spark as long as the clutch is still turning I guess and would it matter that the steering column come off of a V6 instead of a V8 please help.

I would make sure the engine/battery/chassis ground is in good shape because it sounds like there is no chassis ground. Also, we should run the codes to see what comes up, I would do a CAN scan because it shows you much more than a regular engine drivetrain scan. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.

Here is a video to show you how:

and

Here is one for about $99.00 if you need it:

I wish I could afford to use the can scanner but I can I've invested so much money in this car already it's unreal so much so that I'm not going to get rid of it now if I had to I put another motor in it I mean this and I got 135,000 miles on it but like I said it's set up for 11 years where would you recommend that I put the ground for the chassis battery engine I mean I know it's got one down there by the oil filter I mean do I would you recommend me to put another one somewhere and where would you want to put it and is there anything else that you can tell me I mean I'm to the point that I'm just about wanting to put 12 volts from the battery to the cam and crank sensor just to see what that does I mean get a spark. Please help me this is my only way of getting around and I'm having depend on everybody else and I start a job Wednesday and I need this baby going please help I'll try anything that I can afford.

Please don't put 12 volts to the sensors, it may damage the PCM. We need to run the codes to see what comes up, so we don't replace parts blindly. If you upload a short video of the engine cranking over, I can tell what's going on better. Also, I would try to swap out the CCR which houses the main PCM and fuel pump relays which go out often on these cars. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what you find.
