Okay I got this Kia Sedona when I got it it was running barely but real rough so I started looking into it and have changed the fuel pump obviously the fuel filter took the tank out cleaned it thoroughly I've changed spark plug spark plug wires injectors fuel pressure regulator coil packs basically everything I could think of it's throwing a code saying that throttle position sensor is low but it still won't start

What is the actual code that you are getting? Because on this vehicle that could cause a no start.

Once we know what the code is, we can run through that and get that fixed. Once that is we can readdress the no start if that doesn't solve that as well.

Thanks
