code B11A002 convertible top?

So, the code B11A002 means one of the closing switches in not working correctly or is broken, I would inspect the switch: Top left, Top Front or the Top lock switch, use a flashlight to see if you can see which one is broken or has come loose and is not contacting the top when it closes. Here is the location of the switch so you can check it out in the images below. Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

Thanks. I was hoping it mentions where they are in relation to the top, like underneath the interior cover of the top?

Problem is; i have already used the emergency levers and unlocked them but can't get the too to fold or the rear glass to unlock.

Yep, these tops are difficult to work on, you can try a hard reboot which is done by removing the negative side of the battery, with the cable loose from the negative side of the battery, hold it to the positive terminal for 1 minute this will discharge the memory capacitors in the BCM and PCM allowing the system to reboot.
