Okay, so update: I changed the spark and still have the p0306 cylinder 6 misfire code, and I also have a gas leak somewhere. I can smell it and when I pulled it out the drive way. I could see a spot where it was leaking looks like it came from the engine somewhere. Geez I'm getting so frustrated with this car.

Did you do a compression test on number 6? You need 140-160.

Do not drive the car with a fuel leak. It could catch fire very easily.

Check around the injectors for a leak. I attached a picture for you of the rail.

Can't really see where the leak is coming from the fuel injection system looks fine and dry. It is dripping down near my oil pan just can't see where it's coming from. How would I know if I hooked the fuel rails to the fuel injection system up correctly? If I crossed them up would it even start? This is so annoying i'm ready to drive this car, but the leak is my issue.

Look carefully around the fuel rail where the injectors attached. Make sure you do not see any fuel leaking.

Check the lines to the rail as well. Make sure there is not leaks where the hoses connect.

What would be my risk, hazards etc, of turning the key on engine off to find the leak? I turned the key on with engine off to prime the fuel pump and sure enough I saw the gas dripping out near the oil pan hitting the ground. But I can't really find where it's coming from. Would there be any danger of finding the leak by doing the key on engine off to prime the fuel pump?

Do not start the motor.

It should be coming from the top of the motor.

Have someone turn the key on while you look. The pump will only run for 2 seconds.

I wouldn't think of starting the motor at all, too risky with a gas leak but wouldn't it be okay with turning the key on engine of to prime the fuel pump to check for a leak? I won't start the motor at all but key on engine off would it be risky?

I can't see anything that would have it leaking but you know after doing a little research I just may have those fuel lines that goes into the fuel injection rail mixed up and that's possibly why it's leaking? So I'm going to pull of the two fuel lines and switch them then key on engine off tonprime the fuel pump and check for leaks what do you think? Good idea? Any risks in switching them id have to worry about?

You will not damage anything if it is them.

Just make sure they are secure and clean off the engine the best you can of any excess fuel.
