The problem started when ever I went in to pump gas I fill up the thank full when I turn on the car to move on I notice that the check engine light when on and d light started to flash. I was running well but the transmission started to act weird when I hit the break going on 20 miles felt weird going on for 40 or more it felt good like nothing happen. My mechanic bearly put another transmissio like two months ago it was working really good. My mechanic change the trans range sensor still doing same thing, check all the voltages on the sensor everything looks good they even try changing to a different computer but with the other computer didnt turn on at all I dont know what else to do my mechanic cant find anything wrong hes been with my car 1 month ago and nothing what could it be?

Its' either a short in wiring or the transmission range switch is bad he'll have to scan and check for short's.

Then more than likely you have a short between sensor and tcm/pcm he'll have to trace it down.

Thanks for the answer ill let him know hes been tracking the voltage from all connectors. Do you think this is something to do in general of the transmission? They put one and gave me 6 months of warranty

I kind of doubt it as the sensor is on the outside of trans. Unless the wiring inside of trans is screwed up
