I push the clutch to floor cannot get it in gear. Is it the throw-out bearing or do I just need to bleed clutch line?

If there is air in the system, there will be a leak and you will have to inspect both the master and slave, peel back the dust boots and check for fluid , the master boot is harder to access as it is under the dash.
