I had my front end repaired on my car, and the mechanic couldn't figure out why my front blinkers wouldn't come on. Well recently, I was pulled over by a traffic cop because my back lights apparently are out too. He said something about it being electrical because the back light bulbs didn't appear to be blown out. And thinking back, I had someone look at the front lights, and they tried putting in new bulbs, but that didn't solve the problem either. If it is electrical is that expensive?

Yes, it's an electrical problem. However, we need to determine what the problem is coming from. Was the car in an accident? Do any of the lights work? If it was in an accident, how much damage was done?
