hello,
i own a '01 chrysler sebring, & my question is: every so often (not all the time, just the odd moment), the airbag light would appear on my instrument panel. what would be causing this?? thanks for any info. btw, the engine size is a 2.7L & is a LX model 4 door. no security or autostart with it.

Hi there,

I would say that you are getting a poor reading from one of the sensors during the self test mode, i would get it scanned as there will be a fault code set in the ECU, this will be an indication as to what the problem is.
