02 seabring conv. 4 cyl. dohc. - Air bag light stays on I have changed the spring clock, still on. I have taken off the positive side of battery for 15 min. still on. Had tried other things like flipping key on off several thimes with door open, wait for chimes to stop then start car. Light still on. What are you thinking???????????

When the light is on it means there's a diagnostic fault code stored in memory. You'll need to find a mechanic with a scanner capable of accessing the air bag computer to read the code(s). They indicate the circuit or system with the problem, not necessarily the defective part.
