1990 dodge d 150 318 cu. in. 110,000 miles recently the truck has had a high idle rpm after it warms up. making it harder to stop and shift into reverse or drive from neutral. how can i verify if its the isc motor? it (isc motor) has become very loud lately but still activated when truck is turned on or off

Hey cas,
Have you ruled out the possibility of a vacuum leak causing your high idle issue? ie: vacuum hoses, throttle body gasket, intake gasket etc....
