The engine turns over but no spark, no fuel. What could be the cause?

I need to know if you have the 3.0 or 3.3. If the 3.3, check the crank and cam sensor. If it's the 3.0, check signal from distributor. If a signal isn't present from these items, the Auto Shut Down (ASD) will kill power to the fuel pump, coil, O2 sensor, and the fuel injectors.
