2004 Chrysler Concorde alternator

2004 Chrysler Concorde 6 cyl

I am having trouble getting the alternator off. I have the three bolts off and it isn't moving at all. I think there are two tensioner but i cant seem to find out how to loosen the one by the alternator. What am I doing wrong?

(2.7L, 3.5L VIN-M, 3.5L VIN-G)

This will allow me to look up the correct replacement procedure as well as a detailed diagram of the front of your engine.
