My Car's Cooling Fan's will not come freely. I can unplug the temp sensor and the fans will come on. But when I plug it back up the fans will not come on at all. Even when the temp is at 50% they still will not come on. I have replaced the temp sensor and put brand new fans in the car too. And my gauge works fine. And the antifreze is fine too. And the fuse's are fine! Please Help Me!

Check all the fuses below if okay could be that the computer is not getting an input signal from the CTS or the gauge switch therefore not activating the relay.

What do you mean 50 percent? The fact that the fans run when you unplug the temp sensor is proof the system is working correctly. Nothing will be accomplished by replacing fans that are working. The engine computer normally turns the fan on at 212 degrees and off at 198 degrees. When the sensor is disconnected, the computer doesn't know coolant temperature so it turns the fan on as a precaution in case the engine is overheating.

My guess is you don't have a problem.
