Engine Cooling problem
1994 Chrysler Concorde 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Radiator cooling fans will not turn off, they run with engine cold and -20 outside when I start the car (heater and a/c off). The engine is not hot and the dashboard temp gauge is showing normal. I have replaced the cooling fan temperature sensor and the A/C pressure transducer. Gas mileage is terrible, but the engine idles and runs smooth. I've pulled out the relays for the cooling fans so the won't run at this time. What else controls these cooling fans?

Is the Check Engine light on? How many wires were in the connector for the temperature sensor?
