Car is over heating. Replaced fans from a junk car. Replaced both relays from advance auto. Tried to run car and it blew both fuses for the fans. Can not get the fans to come on. Temp. Sending unit found to be working. What to do next?

After replacing fans and relays etc. Did the fans ever come on or does the fuses just blow once replaced? Does the A/C work if so does the fans come on with the A/C on engine running? Let me know, TY

It looks like you have a electrical short in the cooling fan circuit. Are you familiar with a voltmeter?
